Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched.

• To cancel, email [email protected] as soon as possible, quoting your order number.

• We process orders quickly; once the status changes to “shipped,” the order cannot be cancelled.

• If the cancellation request arrives after dispatch, the order is subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

• If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund (including any shipping charges paid) will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in limited circumstances, such as:

• The product is out of stock or has been discontinued

• A pricing or listing error has occurred

• Payment cannot be verified

• We are unable to verify your age or identity satisfactorily

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and provide a full refund for the cancelled items and any associated shipping charges within 5 business days.
