Response hours
Our customer service team operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST, excluding Australian public holidays. Enquiries received outside these hours will be prioritised the next business day.

Where we are based
Our warehouse is located in Australia and all orders are dispatched domestically. This means no international shipping delays and full tracking on every package. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a physical retail counter for customer visits. Our mailing address for returns will be provided as part of the return authorisation process.
